Email Setup and Support

Email Account Settings:

Username: Full email address
Password: (case sensitive)

Incoming/Outgoing Servers (secure): server.iservernet2.com

Set incoming and outgoing servers to use SSL.
Outgoing Port: 465
POP3 Port: 995
IMAP Port: 993

How to use the spam system:

If the system has determined that your account has received spam, you will receive a report in the morning of all messages caught by the spam filter the previous 24 hour period.

Using this report, if there are messages that are not spam, click WHITE to have the message sender white-listed and the email forwarded to your inbox.

You may also send an email to an address to have it automatically white-listed.

Any sender the system blocked as spam will receive a message with instructions on how they can unblock themselves.
