Email Account Settings:

* Outlook Users: Choose to Manually set up the account and then use the information below:

Username: Full email address
Password: (case sensitive)

Incoming/Outgoing Servers (secure): mail.YourDomainName.com

Set incoming and outgoing servers to use SSL.

Outgoing Port: 465
IMAP Port: 993 (preferred)
POP3 Port: 995

How to use the spam system:

If the system has determined that an email is spam, it will place it in a folder named Spam. The messages in this folder should be reviewed periodically to see if any valid emails were incorrectly flagged as spam. If you find and email is continuously marked as spam, it can be whitelisted using cPanel or contact NTI and we can help.
